At First Aid Canada, your privacy is very important to us. Any information we gather is what you provide us when you make purchases and requests. That includes your name, address, phone number, email address, and mailing address. We use this information only to provide you the services needed to transact your purchases. It is confidential and never sold to outside vendors. All financial information used for purchases (i.e. credit card information) is strictly visible only to Paypal to use for processing of payments and is never seen by First Aid Canada employees. Only our partners (i.e., Paypal, Canada Post) have access to your information in order to complete your transaction.
Return Policy
If you are not pleased with your order, you may return it to us for a refund, exchange, or replacement when you notify us within 7 days of delivery. The refund amount does not include shipping and handling charges. For a refund of purchase price, items must be unopened, in new condition, and returned in original shipping containers.
In order to return your product, please contact us via email at: sales@firstaidcanada.com. All products that are accepted for return, which we determine are not defective or restockable, will be charged a 20% per item restocking fee. We will refund standard shipping charges if there is a defect in the merchandise. Returns must be complete with parts, accessories, manuals, etc. Products with defects caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or not reading and adhering to operating instructions are not covered under this policy. We will refund shipping costs on items that we determine to be defective.

You agree that First Aid Canada, its officers, employees, and representatives will not be held liable for damages arising from the use of these products. You agree the maximum liability to First Aid Canada shall be the price of the products ordered.
Shipping
Orders within Canada will be shipped via Canada Post Express Post or equivalent unless otherwise directed by the customer. Please note that all orders require 48 hours for processing and packaging if in stock. Shipping is free to customers for orders over $90. A shipping fee of $10 will be charged on top of purchase price for orders less than $90. For extremely large orders or on specialty items (i.e. stretchers) there may be additional shipping fees. If your order requires additional shipping charges, you will be notified.
