Son visage devient-il rouge ou bleu ?<\/p>\n<p>Si le nourrisson ne peut ni pleurer ni tousser, cela signifie tr\u00e8s probablement qu&#039;un corps \u00e9tranger obstrue ses voies respiratoires. Sa peau peut se colorer. <strong>rouge vif ou bleu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Si le nourrisson est <strong>tousser ou avoir des haut-le-c\u0153ur<\/strong> Cela signifie que ses voies respiratoires ne sont que partiellement obstru\u00e9es. Dans ce cas, encouragez le nourrisson \u00e0 tousser, car c&#039;est le moyen le plus efficace de d\u00e9loger l&#039;obstruction.<\/p>\n<p>Si le nourrisson est incapable de d\u00e9loger l&#039;obstruction, demandez \u00e0 quelqu&#039;un de le faire. <strong>appelez le 9-1-1<\/strong> pendant que vous commencez <strong>coups dans le dos et coups de poitrine<\/strong>. Si vous vous trouvez seul dans cette situation, prodiguez les premiers soins pendant deux minutes, puis appelez le 9-1-1.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous soup\u00e7onnez que les voies respiratoires du nourrisson se ferment en raison d&#039;une <strong>allergie<\/strong>, par exemple en cas de piq\u00fbre d&#039;abeille, appelez imm\u00e9diatement le 9-1-1.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00c9tape 2\u00a0: Essayez de d\u00e9loger l\u2019objet en donnant des coups dans le dos et des pouss\u00e9es thoraciques.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>D&#039;abord, <strong>coups de revers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Si le nourrisson est <strong>conscient<\/strong>, Si votre b\u00e9b\u00e9 ne peut ni tousser, ni pleurer, ni respirer, et que vous pensez qu&#039;un corps \u00e9tranger obstrue ses voies respiratoires, placez-le d\u00e9licatement sur le dos, appuy\u00e9 sur un avant-bras, en soutenant l&#039;arri\u00e8re de sa t\u00eate avec cette main. Placez votre autre main et votre autre avant-bras sur son ventre, de sorte qu&#039;il soit bien cal\u00e9 et soutenu entre vos avant-bras.<\/p>\n<p>Maintenez la m\u00e2choire du b\u00e9b\u00e9 avec votre pouce et vos doigts et retournez-le de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ce que son visage soit contre votre avant-bras oppos\u00e9. Posez votre bras sur votre cuisse de sorte que la t\u00eate du b\u00e9b\u00e9 soit plus basse que sa poitrine.<\/p>\n<p>Avec la paume de votre main, donnez cinq claques fermes et distinctes dans le dos du nourrisson, entre ses omoplates, afin de d\u00e9loger l&#039;obstruction des voies respiratoires. Maintenez sa t\u00eate et son cou en maintenant fermement sa m\u00e2choire entre votre pouce et votre index.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, placez votre main libre, celle qui donnait les claques dans le dos, sur la nuque du nourrisson, votre bras le long de sa colonne vert\u00e9brale. Retournez le nourrisson tout en gardant votre autre main et votre avant-bras sur son ventre.<\/p>\n<p>Alors, <strong>pouss\u00e9es thoraciques<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Maintenez la m\u00e2choire du b\u00e9b\u00e9 entre vos avant-bras (comme un sandwich) en la tenant avec votre pouce et vos doigts. Cela permet de soutenir sa t\u00eate et sa nuque. Ensuite, abaissez le bras qui soutient son dos sur votre cuisse oppos\u00e9e. Veillez \u00e0 ce que sa t\u00eate reste plus basse que le reste de son corps.<\/p>\n<p>Placez le bout de deux ou trois doigts au centre de la poitrine du nourrisson, entre les mamelons. Exercez une pression verticale d&#039;environ 4 cm sur la poitrine pour effectuer une compression thoracique. Laissez la poitrine revenir \u00e0 sa position initiale.<\/p>\n<p>Effectuez cinq compressions thoraciques douces. Gardez vos doigts en contact avec le sternum du nourrisson.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9p\u00e9tez les coups dans le dos et les pouss\u00e9es \u00e0 la poitrine.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Continuez \u00e0 alterner cinq claques dans le dos et cinq compressions thoraciques jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce que l&#039;objet soit expuls\u00e9 ou que le nourrisson commence \u00e0 tousser fortement, \u00e0 pleurer ou \u00e0 respirer spontan\u00e9ment. Si le nourrisson tousse, laissez-le essayer d&#039;expulser l&#039;objet par lui-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n<p>Si le nourrisson devient <strong>inconscient<\/strong>, Vous devrez effectuer une r\u00e9animation cardio-respiratoire modifi\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Comment r\u00e9aliser <strong>R\u00e9animation cardio-respiratoire modifi\u00e9e chez le nourrisson<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ouvrez la bouche et cherchez un objet&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Si l&#039;objet est visible, retirez-le avec le petit doigt.<\/li>\n<li>Effectuez deux insufflations de sauvetage&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Si l&#039;air ne rentre pas (vous ne voyez pas sa poitrine se soulever), inclinez la t\u00eate et essayez deux insufflations suppl\u00e9mentaires.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Si la poitrine ne se soul\u00e8ve toujours pas, effectuez 30 compressions thoraciques.<\/li>\n<li>Regardez dans sa bouche et retirez l&#039;objet si vous le voyez.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Insufflez-lui encore deux respirations de sauvetage.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9p\u00e9tez les compressions thoraciques et ainsi de suite, jusqu&#039;\u00e0 l&#039;arriv\u00e9e des secours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><strong>Pratiquer la RCP\u00a0:<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9animation cardiopulmonaire<\/strong> Il s&#039;agit de l&#039;\u00e9tape suivante \u00e0 entreprendre pour sauver la vie d&#039;un nourrisson lorsqu&#039;il ne pr\u00e9sente aucun signe de vie (conscience ou respiration).<strong><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9animation cardio-respiratoire (RCR) utilise des compressions thoraciques et des insufflations pour assurer l&#039;oxyg\u00e9nation du cerveau et des autres organes vitaux. Sans apport de sang oxyg\u00e9n\u00e9 \u00e0 ces organes, des l\u00e9sions c\u00e9r\u00e9brales et la mort peuvent survenir en quelques minutes seulement.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00c9tape 1 : V\u00e9rifier l&#039;\u00e9tat du b\u00e9b\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le b\u00e9b\u00e9 <strong>conscient<\/strong>?<\/p>\n<p>Si le nourrisson ne semble pas conscient, demandez \u00e0 quelqu&#039;un de s&#039;en occuper. <strong>appelez le 9-1-1<\/strong>. Si personne n&#039;est disponible pour appeler, prenez soin du nourrisson pendant deux minutes, puis composez le 9-1-1.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9posez d\u00e9licatement le nourrisson sur le dos, sur une surface ferme et plane.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e9rifiez que le nourrisson ne saigne pas abondamment. En cas de saignement, appliquez une pression sur la zone concern\u00e9e pour l&#039;arr\u00eater. N&#039;effectuez aucune r\u00e9animation cardio-respiratoire tant que le saignement n&#039;est pas ma\u00eetris\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00c9tape 2\u00a0: Ouvrir les voies respiratoires du nourrisson<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Inclinez doucement la t\u00eate du nourrisson vers l&#039;arri\u00e8re d&#039;une main et soulevez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement son menton de l&#039;autre. Il n&#039;est pas n\u00e9cessaire d&#039;incliner la t\u00eate du nourrisson beaucoup trop loin pour d\u00e9gager ses voies respiratoires.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, v\u00e9rifiez les signes de respiration (pas plus de 10 secondes).<\/p>\n<p>Pour v\u00e9rifier si la personne respire, approchez votre t\u00eate de sa bouche et regardez vers ses pieds. Observez si sa poitrine se soul\u00e8ve et \u00e9coutez sa respiration\u00a0; vous devriez sentir son souffle sur votre joue.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00c9tape 3\u00a0: Effectuez deux insufflations douces de sauvetage.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Si le nourrisson ne respire pas, effectuez deux insufflations douces d&#039;une seconde chacune. Couvrez son nez et sa bouche avec la v\u00f4tre et expirez doucement dans ses poumons jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce que sa poitrine se soul\u00e8ve. Veillez \u00e0 faire une pause entre les insufflations pour permettre \u00e0 l&#039;air de s&#039;\u00e9chapper. <\/p>\n<p> N&#039;oubliez pas que les poumons d&#039;un nourrisson sont beaucoup plus petits et qu&#039;une respiration compl\u00e8te suffit \u00e0 les remplir. Respirer trop vite ou trop fort peut faire p\u00e9n\u00e9trer de l&#039;air dans son estomac.<\/p>\n<p>Si la poitrine du nourrisson ne se soul\u00e8ve pas, ses voies respiratoires sont obstru\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00c9tape 4 : Effectuez 30 compressions thoraciques<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le nourrisson \u00e9tant toujours allong\u00e9 sur le dos, placez deux ou trois de vos doigts au centre de sa poitrine, sur la ligne imaginaire qui relie ses mamelons.<\/p>\n<p>Comprimez la poitrine d&#039;environ 4 cm. Appuyez verticalement sur la poitrine du nourrisson. Continuez 30 compressions \u00e0 un rythme de 100 par minute. Il est utile de compter \u00e0 voix haute\u00a0: \u201c\u00a0un, deux, trois\u2026\u00a0\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir effectu\u00e9 30 compressions, effectuez deux insufflations de sauvetage comme d\u00e9crit pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment. Chaque cycle de compressions doit durer environ 24 secondes.<\/p>\n<h2> <strong>\u00c9tape 5\u00a0: R\u00e9p\u00e9tez les compressions et les insufflations <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>R\u00e9p\u00e9tez la s\u00e9quence de <strong>30 compressions et deux insufflations<\/strong>. Si vous \u00eates seul(e) avec le nourrisson, appelez le 9-1-1 apr\u00e8s deux minutes de soins.<\/p>\n<p>Poursuivez les compressions thoraciques et les insufflations jusqu&#039;\u00e0 l&#039;arriv\u00e9e des secours.
