Ces engelures peuvent toucher n&#039;importe quelle partie de la peau, mais elles sont plus fr\u00e9quentes aux mains, aux pieds, au visage et aux oreilles. Il est important de conna\u00eetre les sympt\u00f4mes des engelures afin d&#039;\u00e9viter que cette affection grave ne s&#039;aggrave.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Signes et sympt\u00f4mes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Douleurs lancinantes<\/li>\n<li>Engourdissement<\/li>\n<li>La peau est dure et cireuse.<\/li>\n<li>La peau est blanche et\/ou gris-jaun\u00e2tre de couleur<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Traitement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si vous n&#039;avez pas acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des soins m\u00e9dicaux imm\u00e9diats et que vous pensez souffrir d&#039;engelures, appelez imm\u00e9diatement un m\u00e9decin.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Commencez par trouver un abri, id\u00e9alement \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur.<\/li>\n<li>N\u2019essayez pas de d\u00e9geler les engelures, car cela peut causer des dommages permanents.<\/li>\n<li>Enlevez tous les v\u00eatements mouill\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>Ne frottez pas les zones gel\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>N\u2019utilisez pas de chaleur s\u00e8che, par exemple un feu ou une compresse chaude.<\/li>\n<li>Ne percez pas les ampoules.<\/li>\n<li>Plongez les parties gel\u00e9es dans de l&#039;eau chaude pendant 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Placez des boules de coton entre les orteils et les doigts gel\u00e9s une fois qu&#039;ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9chauff\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Enveloppez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les zones r\u00e9chauff\u00e9es avec des bandages pour \u00e9viter qu&#039;elles ne g\u00e8lent \u00e0 nouveau.<\/li>\n<li>En cas de douleur intense, prenez de l&#039;ibuprof\u00e8ne pour vous soulager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Hypothermie&nbsp;<\/h2>\n<p>L&#039;hypothermie survient lorsque le corps perd de la chaleur plus vite qu&#039;il n&#039;en produit. Cette perte de chaleur s&#039;effectue par rayonnement, contact direct et vent lors d&#039;une exposition au froid ou \u00e0 l&#039;eau froide. Une exposition prolong\u00e9e \u00e0 un environnement plus froid que la temp\u00e9rature corporelle peut entra\u00eener une hypothermie si l&#039;on n&#039;est pas correctement pr\u00e9par\u00e9. La pr\u00e9paration comprend la v\u00e9rification pr\u00e9alable des conditions environnementales et le choix de v\u00eatements adapt\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Signes et sympt\u00f4mes<\/p>\n<p> <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Frissons<\/li>\n<li>Vertiges<\/li>\n<li>Faim<\/li>\n<li>Naus\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>Respiration plus rapide<\/li>\n<li>Difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 parler<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e9g\u00e8re confusion<\/li>\n<li>Manque de coordination<\/li>\n<li>Fatigue<\/li>\n<li>Augmentation du rythme cardiaque<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <strong>Traitement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Si possible, entrez lentement.<\/li>\n<li>Enlevez tous les v\u00eatements mouill\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9chauffer le tronc de la personne avant de r\u00e9chauffer ses extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s*<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9chauffez le corps en l&#039;enveloppant dans des couvertures.<\/li>\n<li>N&#039;essayez pas de r\u00e9chauffer le corps avec de l&#039;eau chaude<\/li>\n<li>Si vous utilisez des compresses chaudes, enveloppez-les dans un tissu plut\u00f4t que de les appliquer directement sur la peau.<\/li>\n<li>Donnez-lui des boissons chaudes non caf\u00e9in\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>Il est n\u00e9cessaire de commencer la r\u00e9animation cardio-respiratoire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>R\u00e9chauffer d&#039;abord les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s peut provoquer un choc.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Restez en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et au chaud cet hiver.
