Il est important de former une \u00e9quipe soud\u00e9e et de travailler ensemble, que ce soit pour perfectionner ses comp\u00e9tences ou en cas d&#039;urgence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsabilit\u00e9s que chaque \u00e9quipe doit assumer\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dossiers m\u00e9dicaux pr\u00e9cis pour tous les joueurs<\/li>\n<li>Un registre des blessures des joueurs, m\u00eame pour les blessures mineures.<\/li>\n<li>Une trousse de premiers secours r\u00e9glementaire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsabilit\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires d&#039;une \u00e9quipe\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Apportez la trousse de premiers soins \u00e0 toutes les activit\u00e9s de l&#039;\u00e9quipe, par exemple les entra\u00eenements hors glace et les matchs \u00e0 l&#039;ext\u00e9rieur.<\/li>\n<li>Mettez en \u0153uvre un plan d&#039;intervention d&#039;urgence efficace avec votre \u00e9quipe et entra\u00eenez-vous r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement afin de garantir que toutes les personnes impliqu\u00e9es comprennent leur r\u00f4le et soient pr\u00eates \u00e0 agir rapidement en cas d&#039;incident.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il est primordial d&#039;apprendre aux joueurs \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre les blessures qui n\u00e9cessitent leur retrait du jeu. En cas de blessure sur la glace, suivez attentivement les \u00e9tapes suivantes\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prenez le contr\u00f4le et \u00e9valuez la situation lorsque vous entrez en contact avec le joueur bless\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Demandez au joueur de rester immobile.<\/li>\n<li>Demandez aux personnes pr\u00e9sentes de laisser le joueur bless\u00e9 tranquille.<\/li>\n<li>Ne d\u00e9placez pas l&#039;athl\u00e8te et laissez tout l&#039;\u00e9quipement en place.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9valuer la blessure et la situation<\/li>\n<li>Une fois la gravit\u00e9 de la blessure d\u00e9termin\u00e9e, il convient de d\u00e9cider si une ambulance ou des soins m\u00e9dicaux sont n\u00e9cessaires.<\/li>\n<li>Si la blessure est grave et n\u00e9cessite des soins imm\u00e9diats que vous n&#039;\u00eates pas en mesure de prodiguer, faites appel \u00e0 une personne poss\u00e9dant le plus haut niveau possible d&#039;expertise en secourisme et en soins m\u00e9dicaux.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les d\u00e9fibrillateurs externes automatis\u00e9s (DEA) sont de plus en plus pr\u00e9sents dans les centres communautaires et notamment les patinoires.
