Artwork File
- Logo/artwork file (.EPS preferred, but .PNG or .PDF also accepted).
- Please provide the highest resolution/quality file available.
- If the file is not acceptable by our graphics team, we will contact you for a replacement.
Artwork Creation
- Our graphics team will create a digital mockup of your branded kit.
- Typical turnaround time:
1–2 business days. - Production will only begin once you provide written approval of the mockup.
Production Timeline
Standard production time is 4–5 business days after artwork approval.
Packaging & Delivery
- Completed kits will be carefully packaged and shipped.
- Delivery time once shipped: 3–5 business days (depending on location).
- Tracking details will be provided once shipped.
Additional Notes
- Standard lead time from artwork submission to delivery is 8–12 business days.
- Rush service may be available upon request (additional fees may apply).
